Supplies
The Marquette Method is primarily a hormonal monitoring method, using the Clearblue Fertility Monitor to track changes in women’s hormones throughout each menstrual cycle. The Marquette Method has effective instructions for using alternative markers of fertility which don’t require the use of the Clearblue Fertility Monitor, including mucus, temperature, and LH strips. These options will be mentioned in the Intro Session. The Marquette Method can be personalized to your unique budget and stage of fertility.

Other Favorites
Wondfo Ovulation Test
AKA: OPK, Ovulation Prediction Kit, LH test strips
Used to confirm ovulation. May be used as a double-check or, with separate protocol, as the primary means of family planning. Wondfo is the brand that has been researched by the MUINFP. Not required by all Marquette Method users.
Proov Test
Progesterone test strips. Used to confirm ovulation. Not required by all Marquette Method users.
Urine Sample Test Cup
The recommended method for testing is dipping the test stick in a urine sample collected in a clean, dry container for 15 seconds. Not required.
